Set up the parent GroupMe for the team you represent.

B. Food Parent/Sign-up Monitors
This committee will have 2 parent coordinators, one from each team. They will be responsible for organizing the delivery of all pre-game meals. We are hoping to get sponsors for these meals, so the duty will be to simply help with pick-ups and drop-offs. If we are unable to get sponsors for all the meals, we may ask parents to volunteer to contribute a healthy meal. Note: Middle school teams will not be included in pregame meals, but the Booster Club is happy to partner and provide support.
Send out an update/reminder on GroupMe to all parents communicating which player’s parent(s) are responsible for picking up the team meal(s) each week. For JV and Varsity, a drop-off time of 3:15pm at the front office must be communicated.
Finding Volunteers. If there are team meal dates that do not have a parent volunteer, it is your responsibility to send out a GroupMe message alerting the parents. You must also follow up by messaging parents who have not chosen a date. Every parent(s) is responsible for choosing 1 game date OR partnering with another parent(s) and choosing 2 dates each.
If food donations run-out, liaison with a board member to assist in purchasing a team meal for dates left over at the end of season. Determine how each coach would like that meal date to be handled ie: players bring their own meal/snack or a purchased meal that will be reimbursed.
